Settings Sync Issue

Win7 32 bit, VSCode 1.70.3, PlatformIO 3.3.1.

I want to do project development on a few computers, and have installed VSCode and PlatformIO on all. I have also synced my documents folder between all my computers using MegaSync. So far, so good.

On my first computer, in VSCode, I setup an account, and turned on sync.
Then, I changed the default PIO new project folder to one synced by MegaSync.

I then turned on sync on another computer but when I try to create a new project I note the folder it wants to make is not the one I changed on the first computer.

Is the default new project folder not synced? How can I fix this?

What other settings are not being synced?

You can do it the hardway like you do now.

Or you can use the correct and standardized tools like git and take the advantage of well known and working workflows.
