Save a local copy of all project libraries into project folder

Hello everyone!
I`m need to modify some code into the Arduino Core for one my project, and into other libraries too (only for one project, other project should to use not modify libraries).
Also well be perfectly to copy All libraries into my project dir, without any external dependencies.

How can i do this?
