When installing platformio on a new system, is there a way to pre-download the various hardware platforms you use outside of creating a new empty project geared for said platform? I am configuring a new laptop I intend to use away from home, occasionally when I don’t have direct access to the internet or at least not reliably. I’d like to make sure it has all the libraries and hardware source-code pre-installed as even the internet access I do it is via an AT&T hotspot with limited bandwidth.
