Platformio run error "Error: Got an unrecognized status code '404'..."

I keep getting this error:
Error: Got an unrecognized status code ‘404’ when downloaded http://dl.platformio.org/packages/framework-mbed-13.tar.gz

whenever I run the ‘platformio run’ command.

Any help would be appreciated
