Nucleo F103Rb MBED problems with firmware size greater than 64KB

I’m having trouble exceeding the firmware size more than 64KB on the Nucleo-F103Rb Board and using MBED, the Board is constantly restarting. If I reduce the firmware size a bit everything works fine. What could be the problem?

We’re talking purely FLASH or RAM usage here?
