Menuconfig navigation does not work under windows 10

I typed the command
pio run -t menuconfig
The project settings have opened, but I cannot navigate through them !!! It does not register on the navigation keys. I can only change the first option. Everything works on Windows 7, but not on two Windows 10 stations.
