Initializing PS-RAM on TTGO T-Display

Hi,
I am using TTGO-T-Display ESP32 dev kit and wishing to use the PS-RAM (W25Q32) installed on the board.
I used -DBOARD_HAS_PSRAM tag but it failed to initialize the chip. Do I need to take further steps?

Full platformio.ini and test code?

Sorry my bad, the chip is not a PSRAM it’s actually an extra flash.
