Include problems after upgrading to PIO 4.0

Hi all,
Had a perfectly good working project, but after upgrading to PIO4.0 I get include errors for all header files. Even the self created one in the include folder. Is this a known error or do I have to make changes to the workspace, or reinstall the libraries?

Have you tried rebuilding the intellisense and restarted VSCode.
