Improving support of west.yml for framework-zephyr

Hi everyone,

Is there a specific issue tracker / git for platformio build script for framework-zephyr ?
I’m currently proposing few modifications but can’t shoot a PR because I can’t find a git repo for these files :frowning:

There is no repo for framework-zephyr with the PlatformIO builder script it seems, so the platform will be the most appropriate place for it.

Why not making a separate repo for it ?
It is not linked to the platform, and it would be relevant to be able to propose enhancements to the building scripts…
