How to perform a 'clean' compile?

Hi y’all,

I wonder, how can I perform (I call it) a clean compile?
Background:
I’m running into compile errors they don’t make sense to me.
I tried to analyze the reason for the compile errors, w/o any success so far.
Before posting the code with a longer explanation, I just want to try what I call a clean compile, e.g. as it would be the 1st compilation of the code in pio.
Is that possible?

You can perform a Clean or a Full Clean:

Thanks for the post.
In the meantime I discovered the bug in my code (a faulty line of code sneaked’ in one of my header files in the project.
