How to install v3.0?

I’ve enabled installation of latest development builds according to http://docs.platformio.org/en/feature-platformio-30/installation.html#development-version.
Platformio menu does not show the expected Platformio → Upgrade Platformio. Instead. using Platformio → Upgrade Platformio CLI installs the latest 2.0 dev version, but not 3.0.

Any hint appreciated.
