I managed to properly compile the latest git version of that library, using Arduino-ESP32 3.0.5, as well as with the with ESP_Panel_Board_Custom.h which defines the QSPI connection type and pins as well as the ST77916 type, etc.
The pins and LCD width and height etc will probably be wrong, but you can use it as a basis.
