First Time User - Debugging Issues

I am having Debugging Issues and do not understand what to do. Could someone please explain in simple terms?

You cannot debug an ESP32 without attaching an extra hardware (JTAG) debugger to it. Your log shows that you (or the default choice) is a

CMSIS-DAP debugger, but no attached one is found. Usually I’d expect a esp-prog or a JLink here. The full list of supported debug probes is here. If you use PIOArduino as your espressif32 platform, you also get esp-prog2 support.

PlatformIO does not have the feature that VisualGDB has where it sets up a GDB debugging stub on the ESP32 directly in software and talks to it via serial. PlatformIO only supports the methods which need additional hardware.
