Did you override user Home directory via system environment variable? I see it is parked to cygwin.

Thank you, you was right, there was a problem, User was “system” I changed it to “apus” my username, and now it is installing. But it is installing really a long time, maybe 30 minutes or so. I kiled visual studio, restarzted it, and now it seems to work.
