Error: you are not connected to internet

I know that Pio core 3.5.0 up can compile without internet and disabling pio upgrade, but if the some library that define depedencies on their library.json, the error: you are not connected to internet is coming up again. here the verbose output.

Looking for OneWire library in registry
Error: You are not connected to the Internet.
If you build a project first time, we need Internet connection to install all dependencies and toolchain.

Some times i need to program in remote location that has no internet connection so this is a pain.

This is a bug and we are working on that. See a similar report:

Maybe I’m not the first one asking this. I have seen similar questions here but no real answer. I know PIO Core checks every time you run it for updates or whatever. That’s cool if you have Internet connection 'cause you are always up to date. But sometimes you don’t.
