Thanks a lot for the report! Fixed in Alpha.14. Please restart Atom and apply the updates.
P.S: Would be thankful for any bug reports. I’ve rewritten IDE 2.0 from scratch a few days ago using React. We are so close for the first public beta release. Maybe next week.
