Arduino.h: No such file or directory on PIO 4.0.0 and PIO IDE 1.8.0

I have PIO core 4.0.0 and PIO IDE 1.8.0
I share a code (via Dropbox) with another mac running the same version PIO core 4.0.0 and PIO IDE 1.8.0
On one machine the code compile and on the other the same code gives
Arduino.h: No such file or directory
This “faulty” machine compile other code just fine !
what can I do ?

Yes, I guess it was a migration from version 3 problem
now solved, thx

Can you remove .pio folder from a project and start building again?

Yes I did that before but now its working fine
