Adding a test button to the platformio VSC extension?

I cannot see any “test” button in the VSC platformio extension in the bottom bar. Is there a way to get a test button by setting some parameters / if not how can it be added? It is very convenient to have both “Platformio Build” and “Platformio Upload”, I think “Platformio Test” would also be great.
